Chennakesava Temple It’s a monument of Hoysala time and region which was built to celebrate a military victory during 1117 AD. This temple is the perfect example for Hoysala architecture with a shrine, hall and a platform. The sculptural beauty of Temple is an architectural delight.

Shantala Devi Shantala Devi is a beautiful queen, wife of the Hoyasala King. The queen was well versed in dance and music. She was not able to bear a child that she jumped off the hill. The trekking towards the temple, several Nandi statues will be found.
